Distinguished Scientists,

Organized in collaboration with Gümüşhane University, Yunus Emre Institute and Tbilisi State University, the first "International Congress of Scientific Research Congress 2019" was held with more than 60 participants from 10 different countries and exchanged information on new approaches in the field of social sciences.

First of all, we would like to thank our dear participants for your contribution to our congress. We are grateful to Tbilisi State University, which hosted the opening session of our congress, and to Tamar DOLBAIA, Dean of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.

Endless thanks to all employees of the Tbilisi Cultural Center of the Yunus Emre Institute and to the Distinguished Manager Ali Oğuzhan YÜKSEL who hosted the scientific presentations of the Congress and the closing session held on the last day.
