• Two oral papers can be submitted with a single fee.
  
• Same fees will be applied to virtual and poster presentations.
  
  
  
• The payments will be paid back if there is any cancellation until 13th February 2020.
• 50% refund will be issued upon receiving your cancellation request only between the dates 13th February – 13th March 2020.
• Cancellation after the 13th March 2020, conference fee will not be refunded .
